NOVA, proven effectiveness for digestive comfort!

NOVA’s high quality products are a result of a generous R&D budget of a minimum of 10% of net sales for funding research for product development. This research funding serves in the development of new products and the selection of new probiotic strains.

NOVA carried out the first clinical study in France on the effectiveness of a mixture of probiotics on symptoms related to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). The study in this way demonstrated the effectiveness of the NOVA Probiotics dietary supplements. In fact, after four weeks of treatment with the NOVA’s formula, we saw a significant reduction in abdominal pain and discomfort brought on by the syndrome on a daily basis.

NOVA selects its probiotics strains based on objective measurable criteria which are the result of research and/or trials:

  • A positive effect on health
  • Resistance to the acidic conditions encountered during gastrointestinal transit
  • Adhesion to intestinal cells and a blocking effect on foreign bacteria
  • Strengthening of immune defenses
  • Viability and stability over time so as to guarantee an optimum product
